The license is valid only for the customer's personal use and cannot be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other individual or entity.

15. (b) The customer acknowledges and agrees that the study material provided by Atomos Education is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The customer shall not reproduce, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works of, or otherwise use the study material in any manner without the prior written consent of Atomos Education.

Prohibited Reproduction

16. The customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that making copies of the study material, in any form including but not limited to photocopying, imaging, digitization, etc., is strictly prohibited. The customer shall not reproduce, duplicate, or copy the study material, in whole or in part, without the express written permission of Atomos Education.

Violation of Copyright

17. (a) If the customer orders the study material once and attempts to use it year after year by copying or reproducing it, it shall be considered a violation of copyright laws and a breach of these Terms. Atomos Education reserves the right to take legal action to protect its interests, including seeking injunctive relief, damages, and any other remedies available under applicable laws.

17. (b) In cases of suspected copyright violation, Atomos Education reserves the right to investigate and search the premises of the customer, with appropriate legal authorization, to verify the usage and authenticity of the study material.
